“Nobody beats a Cannon deal…NOBODY!”
Those words have rung through our office halls since 2011, when Cannon Motors hired our team to meet one goal: have Cannon = “car” in the mindset of the local communities in which Cannon serves. In order to cultivate this customer mindset, we knew connecting with customers on a personal level was crucial.
We began by leading Cannon’s online sales team and creating and managing their social media accounts. As they’ve grown and needs have changed, our team has shifted with them. We now manage traditional media efforts, such as TV, radio, billboards and print, for 11 dealerships with locations across Mississippi and Arkansas. We assist with their community involvement by finding valuable sponsorship opportunities and managing those partnerships, and we continue to advise on social and digital strategies as needed.
While our efforts for Cannon have changed over time, our belief in the power of relationships hasn’t. The content we create for them is centered around telling stories of genuine customer experiences and highlighting the level of service Cannon provides. This approach leads to customer loyalty and celebrates the dedication of the Cannon team.
Since our work with Cannon began, they’ve grown from 9 dealerships to 17 and carry 12 new car brands. By implementing team and community-driven campaigns, we’ve helped them accomplish their goal of making “Cannon” synonymous with “car” in the minds of their customers.
