SOCIAL & DIGITAL MANAGER​

The social & digital manager will be responsible for leading the social & digital team and working with media and account teams to plan, implement and measure campaigns for multiple partners. The successful candidate will have a detail-oriented style, experience with social & digital platforms and will have growth opportunities available within the business.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

​

  • Provide leadership to social & digital team

  • Provide support and training to current + future social & digital team members

  • Provide strategies & recommendations for current & future partner campaigns + platforms

  • Collaborate with other social & digital team members to manage paid & organic campaigns for all partners

  • Create partner performance reports and present insights + recommendations to internal account team & external partners

  • Develop, implement, analyze and adjust paid and organic social media content across various social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and X

  • Develop, implement, analyze and adjust paid digital campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), streaming radio and streaming TV

  • Utilize Canva to create graphics for social platforms

  • Utilize project management software (ClickUp) and follow internal project lifecycle process

  • Utilize Google Drive (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Slides)

  • Capture and edit vertical videos for social media (travel required)

  • Create & write monthly social plans for partner pages + implement pop-up posts as needed

  • Provide social & digital assets needed for co-op

  • Manage search engine optimization efforts for partners (meta tags + blogs)

  • Manage consumer messages/communication on social media platforms

  • Manage relationships with digital platform representatives

  • Be responsible for continued research and providing feedback to internal team on platform changes, new advertising opportunities and how to implement

Job Requirements and Benefits:
