Media + Project Coordinator
Job Description
The media + project coordinator will support both the media and project team, helping ensure projects are moving through the internal team as well as externally to media outlets. The person in this role will be responsible for fielding incoming media inquiries and communicating those to the media manager, and assisting with media billing as needed. They will also work with the sr. creative strategist to coordinate internal projects and timelines. The candidate who performs well in this role will have growth opportunities available within the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Research current media landscape and stay up to date with the latest media trends

Work closely with the media manager to build media charts based on feedback from the account/new business team

Work well with account team to ensure media cohesiveness in all efforts
-
Work with media manager/sr. creative strategist to send media assets to publications/networks, etc., in a timely manner

Ensure media invoices have correct scripts and meet all client co-op needs, and work with the media manager to communicate to media outlets to correct/modify invoices as needed

Work with sr. creative strategist to delegate tasks on projects to employees best positioned to complete them

Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress the project

Communicate with internal teams on project goals and timelines; adjust as necessary based on needs within organization

$30,000-$32,500 salary range. Job includes flexibility elements, healthcare benefits, retirement benefits and unlimited time off.

Account Executive
Job Description
This account executive will be responsible for managing and working closely with the team to plan and produce campaigns for multiple accounts, including agriculture accounts. The successful candidate will have a detail-oriented style and manage a consistent brand experience for multiple partners across all media platforms. The candidate who performs well in this role will have growth opportunities available within the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage multiple accounts as well as support the EVP on multiple accounts

Work effectively with partners to determine needs for each account and implement strategies based on those needs

Work with creative, media and project management teams to ensure deadlines are met
-
Closely track project status for each account
-
Create monthly reports for partners and set up monthly meetings to go over status and results
-
Work with digital & social team to garner analysis for partners and include in monthly reports
-
Participate in development, sourcing and implementation of branding materials, such as brochures, flyers, etc.

Assist management team with market research (e.g., market sizing, competitors and competitor products)

Oversee co-op programs for specific ag accounts, ensuring partners receive all creative approvals
