Client Relationship Manager 


The client relationship manager will be responsible for managing accounts and working closely with the team to plan and produce campaigns for multiple accounts. The successful candidate will have a detail-oriented style and manage a consistent brand experience for clients across all media platforms. The candidate who performs well in this role will have growth opportunities available within the business.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple clients and support the EVP, account management with additional account management

  • Work effectively with clients to determine needs for account and implement strategies based on those needs

  • Work with creative, media and project management teams to ensure deadlines are met

  • Create monthly reports for clients and set up monthly meetings to go over status and results

  • Work with digital & social team to garner analysis for clients and include in monthly reports

  • Participate in development, sourcing and implementation of branding materials such as brochures, flyers, etc.

  • Assist management team with market research (e.g., market sizing, competitors and competitor products)

  • Potentially manage co-op programs for specific accounts, ensuring clients receive all creative approvals

  • Project management skills – exceptional planning and organizational skills. Detail oriented.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation, negotiation and persuasion

  • Ability to maintain a self-directed workload

  • Ability to manage time well

  • Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines

  • Excellent team attitude


Job Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. in marketing or equivalent experience required

  • 3-5 years of agency experience

  • Located in Oxford, Mississippi

Salary Range

  • $40,000-$45,000 per year
