The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and working closely with the Account and Creative teams to plan and produce campaigns for multiple accounts. A successful candidate will have a detail-oriented style and manage a consistent brand experience for multiple partners across all media platforms. The candidate who performs well in this role will have growth opportunities available within the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Directly manage specific accounts
Provide support to account team members as needed
Work effectively with partners to determine needs for each account and implement strategies based on those needsHave regular communication with partners via phone, text and email in order to keep projects running smoothly between meetings
Work with creative and media teams to ensure deadlines are met
Closely track project status for each account
Utilize project management software (ClickUp) and follow internal project lifecycle process
Utilize Google Drive (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Slides)
Plan and schedule video/photo shoots and manage shoots onsiteThese could be single-day or multi-day shoots
Travel for shoots is requiredCreate and present monthly, quarterly and yearly reports and presentations for you to present to partners
Set up in-person & virtual meetings to go over status and results (these may be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly meetings)
Work with digital & social team to garner analysis for partners and include in monthly reports
Coordinate development, sourcing and implementation of branding materials, such as brochures, flyers, etc.
Assist management team with market research (e.g., market sizing, competitors and competitor products)
Oversee co-op programs for specific accounts, ensuring partners receive all creative approvals. Ensure media invoices have correct scripts, spend and meet all client co-op needs. Work with the finance and media team to communicate to media outlets to correct/modify invoices as needed.
Be responsible for personal monthly expense reports, time tracking where applicable and providing adequate preparation for any time off, including arranging for internal coverage as needed
Be responsible for proofing assets and managing the completion of those edits prior to work being shared with a partner
