The media & finance coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Hunt team in media buying & billing. The successful candidate will have a detail-oriented style and organizational skills. The candidate who performs well in this role will have growth opportunities available within the business.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop relationships with traditional media vendors and act as the liaison between partners and vendors for media placement
Work with account & business development teams to build media sheets
Research & present new traditional, streaming & retail media opportunities for partners, including but not limited to Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube TV and Walmart Connect
Work with internal teams to send media assets to publications & networks, etc., and work to ensure deadlines are met
Ensure media invoices have correct scripts, spend and meet all client co-op needs; communicate to media outlets to correct & modify invoices as needed
Manage & submit co-op pre-approvals & claims for all partners
Import print & digital invoices into appropriate partner Google Drive folders for invoicing & co-op purposes
Manage internal expenses
Assist with social & digital media ad placement
Deposit partner invoice checks to bank
Create envelopes and mail checks to media vendors
Present media opportunities or provide clarification on media during partner meetings, including but not limited to TV, radio, billboards, print, streaming TV and streaming radio
Utilize project management software (ClickUp) and follow internal project lifecycle process
Reports to Director of Media & Finance
Skills and Capabilities
Confidence with numbers. Ability to calculate gross vs. net, track billing & invoices with spreadsheets, etc.
Project management skills - exceptional planning and organizational skills. Detail oriented.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain a self-directed workload
Ability to manage time well
Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
Excellent team attitude

Salary: $38,500-$45,000
