MEDIA & FINANCE INTERN​

​Job Description
The media & finance intern will support the Hunt team with media buying and billing. The successful candidate will have a detail-oriented style and be comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure media invoices have correct scripts, spend and meet all client co-op needs
-
Import print & digital invoices into appropriate partner Google Drive folders for invoicing & co-op purposes

Ability to understand partner co-op needs

Deposit partner invoice checks to bank

Create envelopes and mail checks to media vendors

Collect receipts from team members and file appropriately

Run errands as needed

Utilize project management software (ClickUp) and follow internal project lifecycle process

BRAND ASSISTANT

Beth Hunt Designs is a creative studio specializing in calligraphy, art, and design products and services. We are seeking a dedicated and organized part-time operations support person to ensure smooth day-to-day functions and accelerate growth for Beth Hunt Designs. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment. Duties and Responsibilities
Support for Beth Hunt Designs:

Assist with managing emails, client inquiries, orders, and communications for Beth Hunt Designs.

Perform order fulfillment and handle shipping tasks, ensuring that all packages are properly packed, labeled, and shipped out in a timely manner.
-
Proofread calligraphy envelopes and stationery designs to ensure accuracy in design, names, addresses, and details before sending them out.
-
Help maintain and update the website, ensuring all offerings are current and accurate.
-
Provide administrative support, including communication with Hunt team, inventory/art supply management and client follow-ups.
-
Assist in managing social media accounts for Beth Hunt Designs. Create reels, carousel posts, and stories for Instagram and Facebook. Foster engagement and growth on social platforms.

Assist with the planning and execution of Beth Hunt Designs pop-ups and photoshoots for the brand. Attend and manage these events to ensure everything runs smoothly, traveling as needed.

Perform PR outreach to publications, news outlets, influencers and community groups. This is especially important for our new sorority line.

Support ownership in business and personal errands as needed.

Support product preparation by painting base and top coats on items such as wooden eggs and Christmas ornaments (with Beth’s direction).

ACCOUNT MANAGER

​Job Description
The senior account manager will be responsible for managing and working closely with the account and creative teams to plan and produce campaigns for multiple accounts, including agriculture accounts. A successful candidate will have a detail-oriented style and manage a consistent brand experience for multiple partners across all media platforms. The candidate who performs well in this role will have growth opportunities available within the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide support and training to current + future account team members

Work effectively with partners to determine needs for each account and implement strategies based on those needs

Have regular communication with partners via phone, text and email in order to keep projects running smoothly between meetings
