Hunt Names Kallen Alderman Director of Growth

Hunt, an integrated marketing firm based in Oxford, Miss., announces the promotion of Kallen Alderman to Director of Growth, effective March 1.


Since joining the firm in 2017, Alderman has played a pivotal role in shaping Hunt’s strategic direction and accelerating measurable growth for clients across the country. In her new role, she will continue leading the firm’s growth strategy efforts while expanding business development initiatives and strengthening partnerships in key industries, including agriculture, automotive and regional retail.


A recognized leader in her field, Alderman was recently named to the Mississippi Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, honoring her professional achievements and leadership across the state. She is also an active member of the National Agri-Marketing Association, where she stays closely connected to evolving trends and innovations in agricultural marketing and supports college students as they prepare for their national competition.


Her industry expertise has earned her national speaking opportunities, including serving as a featured speaker at JDUG, a conference for dealers within the John Deere space, where she recently shared insights on localized marketing strategies and dealership growth. Alderman has also spoken at and collaborated with both University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and Mississippi State University, investing in the next generation of marketing and business leaders.


Locally, she is an engaged member of the Young Professionals of Oxford, reflecting her commitment to community development and leadership in north Mississippi.
