ALLOW US TO REINTRODUCE OURSELVES: THE HUNT REBRAND STORY

Hunt Marketing began in 2009 inside the Washington, D.C., apartment of Will and Beth Hunt. A lot has changed since then. We’ve strengthened. We’ve streamlined. With the anniversary of our 15th year in business on the horizon, Will Hunt began a quest to discover how to further build a great brand. That journey led us to Hunt.


We’re proud to unveil our new brand name, Hunt, along with a refined look that symbolizes the courage to build an enhanced future. At Hunt, we build great brands. In building those great brands, it’s paramount that we attract great leaders, both team members and partners.



Much of our newly polished branding choices were influenced by French architecture and history. Why France? We’re glad you asked.


There are actually several reasons for this source of inspiration. The Hunt office is located in Oxford, Mississippi, whose sister city is Aubigny-sur-Nère, France. In addition, our agency’s founders share a love for French culture. Hunt’s president and CEO was named after the famous Frenchman, William the Conqueror. Beth spent an extended time working there after college. As fate would have it, she and Will eventually met and discovered this shared interest. In 2006, the couple became engaged in the ever-romantic Paris, a city they have revisited to celebrate several other milestones in their marriage.


Inspired by the British Grand Tours of the 17th and 18th centuries to the European mainland, Will embarked his own Grand Brand Tour to receive inspiration for what would become our common purpose, vision and values. The journey included excursions to Louis XIV’s Versailles and to Normandy, as well as trips to see firsthand some of the greatest brands in America.


The Grand Brand Tour showed Will that great leaders build a sense of community, a place people want to be a part of. These individuals build great brands that attract leaders by investing in community to better serve others.


At Hunt, we amplify your brand story to inspire action. We strive for long-term partner relationships that are a win-win, and we care deeply about your success. We are based in a community (Oxford, MS) whose motto is Greatness Happens Here. We believe that. And we’re ready to work to further build the greatness within you.

Throughout history, lions have symbolized strength and steadfastness. With that in mind, we’re proud to introduce our new favorite lion, Brav. Short for “bravoure,” or “courage” in French, Brav is representative of our team’s commitment to doing what is right for our partners and team, even if that means going against the grain to do so. Brav faces to the right to demonstrate forward movement.


In addition to Brav, we’ve adopted two iterations of our brand name, Hunt. One version features a powerful block font, while the other features a more effortless script font. The duality of these brand marks is indicative of our belief that a strong hand can still have a soft touch.
